The “Town Cryers” have represented us through 3 real estate transactions. Not only have we experienced the utmost in professionalism, but incredible personal service as well. Not one detail was overlooked, advertising, open houses, inspections, paperwork, scheduling requirements, and even the emotional support we all seem to need during relocations. Being new to Arizona, we did not know what to expect or what, if any, nuances might arise ¦well, we didn’t have to worry. Everything was taken care of for us. Have gotten to known Lew and Sandy Cryer over the years at various open houses. So when we wanted to purchase a home for my mother, they were extremely helpful. We shared what we were looking for and the price range. Within a couple weeks we found a place. Sadly two years later, we had to sell due to my mother’s death. This is our third home purchased in Sun City West, but our first with Sandy & Lew. I only wish we had known them the first two times around (each of our purchases was to a larger home). Their honesty and integrity, and knowledge of the real estate market is unsurpassed. They have an innate ability to hone in on exactly their client is looking for and they kept us abreast, without being intrusive, on homes we would be interested in. They were extremely helpful during our viewing of homes, the offer/counteroffers and whole negotiation process – their knowledge of the real estate market was quite evident. They have to be the most professional real estate team (including Allison) in our area. They look out for their client!
Even after we closed on the house, they continued to help us in filling our wish list for our “new” home. No detail is left out with the Town Cryers!
