Client Reviews
“The Town Cryers have represented us through 3 real estate transactions. Not only have we experienced the utmost in professionalism, but incredible personal service as well. Not one detail was overlooked, advertising, open houses, inspections, paperwork, scheduling requirements, and even the emotional support we all seem to need during relocations. Being new to Arizona, we did not know what to expect or what, if any, nuances might arise, well, we didn’t have to worry. Everything was taken care of for us. We only wish the Lew, Sandy & Allison could be help us sell our house in California. The Town Cryers are a five star operation! Call them they will work for you!”

“My new home is wonderful. This was a difficult escrow, the buyers of my home had a few glitches with the sale of their old home, Sandy and Lew helped arrange low cost financing so I was able close the escrow and move into my new home! They stayed in touch, answered my every question, and stayed on top of my home sale, so when the funding did arrive, I was able to get my proceeds quickly!”
— R. Bell, Sun City West, AZ
“We are from Delaware, this was a long distance purchase. After visiting Sun City Grand, Sandy and Lew kept us apprised of every new home on the market, until we found the perfect fit. We were informed along the way, plus they even were able to help with the loan, Coldwell Banker has mortgage professionals to assist. Everything went smoothly and we closed on time!!”
